Hi, I'm Jenn!
I work alongside purpose-driven leaders who are building and scaling organizations, not from the sidelines with frameworks and advice, but alongside you, navigating the complexity of real growth.
My journey to organizational development has been anything but traditional. I've been an entrepreneur (yoga studio owner, remote data and logistics manager, and even a hot dog cart operator), a wildland firefighter, a corporate wellness coordinator, and a learning and development manager at a 7,000-person company. Each experience taught me something essential about how people and organizations actually work, not how textbooks say they should work.
What energizes me most is seeing potential that others miss and finding creative solutions to persistent challenges. Whether it's helping a leader understand how their unique strengths create impact or designing a culture transformation that honors both human development and business results, I bring a systems-thinking approach that treats organizations as interconnected wholes rather than mechanical problems to fix.
I hold a Master's in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and maintain certifications in multiple evidence-based assessment tools, including Gallup StrengthsFinder, EQ-i, and Organizational Culture Inventory. But what really sets my work apart is my ability to be fully present in your complexity while helping you see patterns and possibilities you might not recognize on your own.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me pursuing my second bachelor's degree in graphic design, spending time with my three kids, or exploring the mountains around my home in Idaho.
